Note that the Student Permit is not free. It comes with certain fees amounting to a total of ₱317.63. It is also only valid for a period of one year, so if you do not wish to have to renew your Student permit, you will need to complete your Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) and apply for a Non-Professional driver’s license.
If you’re applying for a non-professional driver’s license, you need to bring your Student’s Permit and the Official Receipt (OR). If you forget to bring this, you’ll be in so much hassle. You will need to get an affidavit of loss and it will take two more additional hours plus a documentation and processing fee that ranges for P500 This LTO exam reviewer is suited for non-Filipinos to pass the actual LTO exam. This is also available for Filipinos who need an English reviewer. It is composed of 100 items to review and pass the actual LTO exam. Download the LTO Exam Reviewer PDF . So, kung ganun eh hindi ka pwedeng non-pro pa ren pag nagmamaneho ka ng ng mga ganitong vehicles. Requirements (aside from dun sa sinabi mo): original copy of current/expired non-prof license at application
I already have my Student Permit issued last nov 26, 2011…..on that day na kumuha ako ng student permit sa LTO Marikina, ang sabi sa akin ay after a month ko pa pwede ipa renew as Non-Pro ang student permit ko! but ayon dito sa nabasa ko, 1 week lang at expired na ang Student Permit. Ano po ba talaga ang totoo?
